John Glode.
A mission-driven attorney whose path includes large-firm practice, small-business ownership, and an executive role in professional sports. Brings business planning and corporate work to the firm.
John is a mission-driven attorney with a passion for serving others. His professional experience includes practicing law at two large law firms, owning small businesses, and working at an executive level in professional sports. His legal experience spans business planning and corporate law, serving as Guardian Ad Litem for seniors, non-profit law, oil and gas royalty and tax litigation, and commercial real estate and tax-exempt bond financing transactions. His small-business ownership has included an in-home senior care business — experience that informs the work he does for older clients and their families today.
John grew up in Longmont, Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Business from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and his J.D. summa cum laude from Creighton University. While in law school, he worked for the Creighton Legal Clinic, providing free legal services to low-income individuals in the Omaha community.
John is active in his community. He has volunteered for several non-profits, including SAFE, and has served on the boards of San Juan Diego Catholic School in Austin and St. Mary’s School in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He enjoys traveling with his family, fishing, and golfing.
