Privacy notice.
What this site collects, what it does with that information, and what it does not do.
If you use the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you submit. That information is sent to Cairn & Flint Studio by email. It is not stored in a database; it exists only as the resulting email and any subsequent correspondence.
If you simply browse: standard server access logs — your IP address, the request URL, the timestamp, your browser’s user agent. These are retained briefly by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
No third-party tracking. No advertising scripts. No analytics. No cookies beyond what the site needs to function.
Contact form submissions are read, considered, and replied to — or, if the message is clearly intended for Nielsen Law PLLC, redirected to the firm with a note about how to reach Liz directly.
Cairn & Flint does not sell, rent, or share submissions with anyone. They are not used for marketing.
Questions about this privacy notice or about how Cairn & Flint handles information from this site can be sent to alex@cairnandflint.com.
